Notice of Intended Sale of Municipal Property 157 Gillette Street

Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 15‑1‑112, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ranchester, Sheridan County, Wyoming, intends to sell the real property and improvements located at 157 Gillette Street, Ranchester, Wyoming, 82839, and is calling for sealed bids for the purchase of the property. Bid Instructions together with detailed terms of sale may be obtained at the Ranchester Town Hall, 145 Coffeen St, Ranchester, WY 82839, or will be mailed or e-mailed to any prospective Bidder upon written request to the Town. The Town will receive written, sealed bids at the Ranchester Town Hall until 4 p.m., Mountain Time, on Tuesday, February 18, 2019, for the purchase of the property. Prior to the time for the receipt of bids, prospective Bidders may contact the Town to request an examination of the Property, which will be scheduled by the Town during its regular business hours. All bids will be opened during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Ranchester Town Council, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Mountain Time, or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, February 18, 2019. The property shall be sold to the highest responsible Bidder, unless the Ranchester Town Council rejects all bids.
