6-10-130 Discharge Of Fireworks Prohibited; Exception
No person, firm or corporation shall discharge or use any fireworks within the corporate limits of the Town of Ranchester at any time except that fireworks may be discharged or used within the corporate limits of the Town of Ranchester with the approval of the mayor or on the following date and times:
July 4, from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 midnight.

6-10-140 Fireworks In Streets Prohibited
No person, firm or corporation shall, at any time, discharge or use or cause to be discharged or used any fireworks in any street, alley, or right-of-way within the corporate limits of the Town of Ranchester, and no person, firm or corporation shall, at any time, discharge or use or cause to be discharged or used any fireworks upon the property of another without that party’s consent.
